STRIDWOVE adheres to the customer-first service principle and provides standardized return and refund services for casual apparel products to fully protect your legitimate shopping rights and interests.
Return Time & Eligibility
We support customers to apply for return or exchange services within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the package. All returned casual apparel must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, kept in original new condition, complete with original tags, labels and packaging, and resalable.
Non-Returnable Scenarios
Apparel products that have been worn, washed, artificially damaged, stained, missing original tags and packaging, or affected secondary sales cannot be returned or exchanged. All products marked as final sale on the product page are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Official Return Process
1. Send an email to our customer service within the valid return period to apply for return authorization and obtain the official Return Authorization Number (RA Number). 2. Sort and package the returned clothes completely and send them back to the designated official return address. 3. Send the return logistics tracking number to our customer service for record confirmation. 4. Our team will complete product inspection within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned package.
Refund Processing Rules
After the returned products pass the inspection, we will process a full refund of the product unit price for you. The initial shipping fee paid when placing the order is non-refundable, except for returns caused by our product quality problems or shipping errors. After the refund is initiated, the funds will be returned to your original payment account within 5–10 business days, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of your payment platform and bank.
Defective & Wrong Shipment Processing
If you receive defective clothes, wrong styles, wrong sizes, or missing accessories, please contact us via email within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide real photos or videos as proof. We will provide free replacement, full refund, or reasonable compensation according to the actual situation, and we will bear the return shipping fee in full.
Order Cancellation Rules
You can apply for free order cancellation before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order enters the packaging and shipping process, cancellation is not supported, and you can only apply for return and refund after receiving the goods.
